PLAINVILLE, CT – Fred Shamburg, President of Leanovations, and a National Shingo Prize Examiner will present “Why Lean Is Not Enough” at the 2009 Connecticut Quality Symposium sponsored by Connecticut Center for Advanced Technology, Inc. on June 12th, 2009.
Roughly two out of three companies who have attempted a full Lean transformation have reported outright failure or have dramatically fizzled in measurable and sustainable profit growth. Through Fred’s session, participants will learn it is possible to create successful results through a strategic initiative of addressing business complexity rationalization of products and services their company offers. Fred will present “Why Lean is not enough”, and how complexity rationalization is a key for a total lean transformation.
