PLAINVILLE, CT – Leanovations announces a Lean Leadership Certification for professionals leading a Lean initiative, who want to equip themselves with the skills necessary to be effective change agents and Lean implementers. Fred Shamburg, President of Leanovations, a National Shingo Prize Examiner has taught and led Lean transformations globally, will be the Sensei for the June 22nd – 25th, 2009 course.

The program provides growth in the participant’s Lean knowledge, skills, and professional competencies to become an Internal Lean Expert for their organization. The program is highly interactive where the participants must practice what they learn during training, this certification program is not just classroom lectures and theory.

The 4-Days consist of hands-on, simulation-based exercises that present Lean concepts, principles, tools and techniques. National Shingo Board of Governors Selects Fred Shamburg, President Leanovations, as a “Shingo Prize Examiner”

PLAINVILLE, CT – The National Shingo Prize Board of Governors recently announced the selection of Fred Shamburg, Founder and President of Leanovations, LLC an International Lean Enterprise Consulting Group as a “Shingo Prize Examiner”. The Shingo Prize is the premier manufacturing award recognition program for North America that highlights the value of using lean/world-class manufacturing practices to attain outstanding status. The Shingo Prize for Operational Excellence, named for Japanese Industrial Engineer Shigeo Shingo who distinguished himself as the world’s leading expert in improving manufacturing processes.
